About Marcia
For more than 25 years, Marcia Grant has dedicated her career to caring for others as a Registered Nurse. Her clinical experience spans Intensive Care, Cardiac ICU, Step-Down Open Heart, Telemetry, Infusion, and healthcare consulting, giving her a deep understanding of the sacrifices make every day. While nursing fulfilled her passion for serving others, it also revealed a reality many professionals know all too well—long hours, physical demands, and financial limitations despite a rewarding career.
More than 14 years ago, Marcia began her journey into real estate. Over the years, she has served in leadership roles across real estate sales, investing, operations, lending, underwriting, development, and finance. This diverse experience provided a unique perspective on how ordinary income can be transformed into extraordinary wealth through strategic real estate investing. Today, Marcia serves as the Founder and CEO of Greenwood & Archer Lending, where she helps investors nationwide access the capital, education, and strategies needed to build profitable real estate portfolios.
From the Bedside to Building Wealth
She has also served as:
Licensed Real Estate Professional for over 10 years
Team Leader of a 70+ agent real estate organization across three market centers
Certified Real Estate Planner
Operations Director for a wholesale real estate company
Chief Operating Officer of a credit and asset-based lending company
Marcia believes real estate is one of the most powerful wealth-building vehicles available because it combines leverage, appreciation, cash flow, and potential tax advantages to help create long-term financial security.
Her mission is to bridge two worlds that rarely intersect—healthcare and real estate—by helping nurses understand that the income they've worked so hard to earn can become the foundation for financial independence, passive income, retirement security, and generational wealth.
